Legacy Leads collects information you provide when you shop inventory, request a campaign, or complete checkout — name, email, agency, billing details, and delivery preferences. We use that information to fulfill orders, deliver leads, and communicate about your campaigns.

Lead files contain consumer inquiry data provided to your agency after purchase. You are responsible for using that data in accordance with applicable law, including TCPA and state telemarketing rules.

We do not sell your agency account data. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider. Contact us for access or deletion requests.
