Replacement Policy

Invalid contacts — disconnected numbers, wrong party, or records that fail the stated data criteria — may be submitted for replacement with the lead ID and a short reason.

Replacements are issued as additional exclusive inventory, not as a shared list. “Did not buy” is not a replacement reason. Campaign terms on your order control timing and eligibility.
